Project Description
The Project
Designing and developing a regulatory based, compliance, and reporting Software as a Solution (SaaS) for the private capital market.
PDERAS developed Incapsol Client to allow exempt market dealers, mortgage investment corporations, and private equity firms to comply with the most up to date Client Relationship Model (CRM2). The online software allows for accurate reporting and investment management. Due to the software as a service model, Incapsol Client can be used by multiple companies simultaneously without data crossing over.
A client portal allows investors to access their statements through a secured login. Investors are able to view an archive of their statements, account summaries, and various other relevant reports.

“Incapsol Client is on the cutting edge of solving regulatory issues stemming from CRM2. In terms of reporting solutions for the exempt market, it simply is at the forefront of the regulations. It will reduce the workload internally for reporting and client communication significantly.”
Solving regulatory, reporting and Compliance requirements
The online software was developed with a clear intention: allowing for accurate and regulatory compliance for investor reporting in the exempt market.
The online software was developed after extensive research was conducted into the exempt market and related financial sectors. A clear industry need was on the horizon as new regulatory structures were being established throughout Canada. Historic data and investment management would not be sufficient for compliance once the new Client Relationship Model was rolled out. A tool to manage data in order to comply with the new regulations was required.
Incapsol Client is able to take existing data and migrate it into the system allowing for a smooth transition from previous data and investment management systems. From this point, the software is able to manage investments and generate a wide range of trade confirmations, summary statements, and reports. The system updates according to new regulations and is focused on ensuring regulatory compliance through investor reporting.
