With over 2,000 accessing dealerships across Canada, First Canadian uses their Resource Centre to sell hundreds of auxiliary vehicle products every day. To make the presentation process more efficient, we built the FC Drive application to allow financial sales managers (FSMs) to add bundles and packages to any vehicle purchase. In addition, FC Drive also has several other user levels, each with the ability to edit certain components of the application. FC Drive also works hand in hand with First Canadian’s existing IT infrastructure systems. Drive integrates seamlessly with these internal portals and allows data to flow via API processes.
To begin creating a presentation, FC Drive streamlines the process according to the type of information that is needed. Once the FSM confirms the customer information, vehicle information and payment information, they are taken to the F&I Products presentation where they add up to three bundles for the customer to review. Sending the customer a link to the presentation via email or SMS is a simple click. Any action the FSM performs on the bundles is mirrored within the customer’s view. In addition, customers can feel fully involved in customizing bundles and products that meet their needs.
FC Drive has several components that ease the presentation process for FSMs. Some features include the ability to print bundles, customize bundles and products, add/hide products, and many more. Overall, the FC Drive platform is an intuitive and interactive web application that improves the client’s processes while integrating with their existing systems.
